Creping Adhesives / Creaping Release Agents / Softeners

Creping Adhesives / Creaping Release Agents

These agents are commonly used in the process of imparting fine and uniform ridges in household paper products such as tissue / toilet paper.
This process is called creping and it is done as the tissue sheet is pulled from the dryer using a doctor blade.

CREPING ADHESIVE CA Series / CREPING RELEASE AGENT CR Series(Polyamide epichlorohydrin resins、Modified hydrocarbon oil)

Characteristics
  • These agents reduce abrasion of doctor blade due to the formation of a uniform polymer film on Yankee dryer (in drying part).
  • They improve adhesion of the wet sheet to Yankee dryer, and control the release of the sheet from the dryer at the doctor blade.
