Silver Nanowires

Silver Nanowires

Silver nanowire is wire-shaped silver with diameter controlled to nanoscale. Film formed by the silver nanowires has not only high conductivity and high transparency, but also more tolerance for bending than ITO which is currently used as transparent conductive films. Because of these characteristics, silver nanowires are expected as the materials for flexible touch panels and novel solar cell electrodes.

Silver Nanowire Ink

Characteristics of Silver Nanowire Ink
  • Silver nanowire ink can make surfaces of desired substrates conductive.
  • Transparent conductive films can be manufactured with good productivity, because common coating processes are applicable.
  • Conductive films with high transparency and high flexibility are available.
Superiority of Our Silver Nanowire Ink
  • High film reliability is realized by adopting our original protective (overcoat) layer.
  • The silver nanowire layer shows excellent adhesion to PET films particularly.

Improved Environmental Reliability

Although conventional silver nanowire films are easily degraded by light exposure or high temperature & humid conditions, highly reliable films can be achieved by adopting our original protective layer on the silver nanowires.
